If your stay is less than 3 months, management fees, utility fees,
water, gas, and electricity charges are included in the rent. The rent
will be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on a rate of 80,000 yen
to 95,000 yen per month. * The minimum stay is one month.

Long Stay Discount Special long-term discounts are available for 3-month and 6-month contracts.
